Abby works with early years and primary-aged children, drawing on expressive therapies and systems-informed approaches in her therapy.
She is passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and their families. Her approach is warm, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-based.
Abby values creativity in therapy and everyday life— crocheting, playing piano, and walking by the sea for self-care and inspiration.

Abby is a PACFA-registered psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
She has experience in mentoring youth and supporting at-risk students through Flexible Learning Options (FLO) programs.

Abby takes a child-centred approach to her practice, focusing on therapeutic methods that support emotional regulation and resilience in children. She values collaboration with families and educators as a key part of providing holistic and culturally responsive care.
In her sessions, Abby creates a safe, playful, and strengths-based therapeutic space. She utilises play and expressive therapy techniques to support her clients.
