Alisha Banks is the Principal Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Consultant at AkindaCo, a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner. She has over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and teams across South Australia.

Alisha's career spans a range of progressively senior clinical and advisory roles. At AkindaCo, Alisha holds a strategic role alongside the Clinical Leadership Group, focused on strengthening PBS practice within the organisation. Her work centres on translating current best practice and evidence based principles into practical, sustainable systems; contributing to practice frameworks, workforce capability, and service design in ways that are grounded, consistent, and values-aligned.
