Mapping Your 2026 Vision Through Nature

Mapping Your 2026 Vision Through Nature

Top Tips

  • Trust your intuition - Go with your gut feeling

  • Choose first, stick last - Collect images before placing them

  • Your way is the right way – There’s no “correct” approach

  • Explore with your body – Notice which images draw you in

Creation Process: 20 mins making time + 10 mins reflection time

  1. Set the Scene
If your life right now were a natural landscape, what would it be?
Forest – Seeking clarity in complexity
Mountain – Striving for something big
    River – Adapting to change
    Or another landscape that resonates
Choose an image that represents where you are now.

  2. Vision & Aspirations
What does success look like for you in 2026?
    Sunrise – New beginnings, hope
Blooming garden – Growth, flourishing projects
Bridge – Connecting goals, overcoming obstacles
Position these images towards the top or edges of your collage.

  3. Visionary Animal or Creature
What qualities do you need in 2026?
    Eagle – Vision, clarity
    Wolf – Resilience, teamwork
    Butterfly – Growth, transformation
Choose an animal or symbol that will guide you forward.

  4. Barriers & Challenges
    What obstacles might arise?
    Storms – External pressures
    Rocks/cliffs – Barriers, self-doubt
    Fog – Uncertainty
Place these in your landscape where they feel right.

  5. Pathways & Support
What will help you reach your goals?
Strong roots – Your values, stability
Birds in flight – New perspectives, taking risks
Bridges & pathways – Support networks, direction
Add elements that symbolise your resources.

Collage: Reflection & Sharing Partner Discussion (5 minutes each)

Take turns sharing your reflections on your collage with your partner. Choose the questions that resonate most with you. You may not have time for all these questions now, but feel free to reflect more at home. In pairs, take turns sharing your reflections on your collage:

  1. How does your chosen landscape reflect where you are now? Does it capture your current emotions, mindset, or circumstances?

  2. What challenges or barriers showed up in your collage? Did anything surprise you about how you represented obstacles?

  3. What strengths or resources do you see in your collage? Are there elements that remind you of the support or tools you already have?

  4. If you could step into your collage right now, what would be your first move? Is there an action you feel ready to take based on what you've created?

  5. What elements stand out as most important for your 2026 journey? Was there a particular image, colour, or symbol that felt most powerful?

To close

Looking at your collage, is there a title you'd like to give it or a word that represents your focus for 2026? Add this or share it with your partner.

Feel free to continue reflecting on these questions after the session. Consider snapping a photo of your collage to keep handy on your phone, or displaying in your workspace.

Feel free to add to it when it whenever you need a vision update!
