Genograms are a highly effective tool in gathering information about family patterns, interactions and values, and can act as an intervention in work with individuals and families. In this training, you will be guided to use Genograms in assessment and intervention with individuals, couples, children and families.
This course will also highlight how to engage children in the Genogram process, how to manage high affect or reactivity, how to incorporate creative modalities with the Genogram and ethical considerations including cultural safety, working with LGBTQIA+ clients or children in residential care.Art Therapy Foundations
