NDIS Support Worker
Riley is an NDIS Support Worker with experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs through a person-centred and strengths-based approach. Since September 2024, Riley has volunteered with Brain Injury SA, developing skills in collaborative, respectful support within multidisciplinary environments.
Riley has experience in alcohol addiction group therapy in an international setting and has conducted qualitative interviews for contextual analysis, strengthening their ability to listen deeply, assess individual needs, and respond with care and insight.
With a professional background spanning multiple industries, Riley brings adaptability, strong communication, and practical problem-solving to their work. Since 2022, Riley has focused on psychology education and complex mental health disorders. Riley holds a degree with a minor in Neuroscience and is working toward a Master’s in Psychotherapy, with the goal of commencing by 2028.
