Abby, a PACFA-registered psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Bachelor’s in Psychology, has a special interest in working with early years and primary-aged children.
She is passionate about supporting neurodivergent children and their families, drawing on expressive therapies and systems-informed approaches to create a safe, playful, and strengths-based therapeutic space.
Abby’s experience includes mentoring youth and supporting at-risk students through Flexible Learning Options (FLO) programs. She values creativity in therapy and everyday life—crocheting, playing piano, and walking by the sea for self-care and inspiration.
